There are tall trees on each side of the house. Intersecting gable roofs cover the second floor, while sloping roofs cover the overhangs of the first floor. Each is supported by slender columns. Hand-written text on the back of the photograph reads, "Helga Thyssen home in country where Curti (hard to tell what this word says) Jensen home is in 1986 for archives [sic]."
