Information on beginnings of Cleveland Chapel. Through gifts it was possible to purchase house and lot and covert to chapel. Includes photo of Chapel interior.

The center aisle is viewed with wood pews on either side. A wood prayer railing is in front with cloth covered wood altar. A dossal curtain with rose window is behind the wooden altar. The organ is placed on the front left. The ceiling is wood paneled with exposed beams. On back of photo "6-25-29" Information from similar photo says window at front was in honor of Anna Heddens who was killed in Norman tornado of 1893. Window was restored after a fire in 1960's.

He was born in Oklahoma, baptized by Rt. Rev. Francis Key Brooke in 1895, and ordained by Rt. Rev. Theodore Payne Thurston on July 3, 1923. Rt. Rev. Thurston is to the right of Rev. Morris.

Brick building, covered vestibule at front and side entrances, windows for basement area with stucco sides, slate roof on building, cross above each covered vestibule, concrete steps to doorways. Church was established 1919 with last entry in register in 1970.
