Steering Device and Brake for Tractors

Patent for new and useful improvements for the steering and stopping of tractors, particularly for the machines that are extremely difficult and laborous to manually steer and apply brakes. The invention permits the controlling of the direction of movement of the behicle by disconnecting the source of power from the wheel(s) at one side while those at the other side contrinue to rotate under power. The invention allows for braking to be used to slow the motion of the tractor on downward grade or when it is desired to stop.
