Documents including a claims deed and plat map created between George Bigford and Edward B. Leigh; the exchanged land was sold to Leigh for $122. The deed has a note on the back explaining that the land, "known as survey No. 1946," was patented December 21, 1900 hence the deed couldn't be filed January 5, 1900. The map outlines the plot of land in Kerr County: "G. L. Lee's land and adjacent surveys."

Deed prepared in accordance with the decision in favor of George M. Taylor vs. J. P. Campbell with the decision coming down on April 3, 1900 and a Decree of Sale "commanding [John Vann] to seize and sell the premises described in said Order of Sale." The land, known as survey number 680 containing 160 acres, was put up for sale and was purchased by Edward B. Leigh of Chicago, Illinois for $575 thus giving him the rights to the land.

Land deed certificate presented to Edward B. Leigh by the governor of Texas, Joseph D. Sayers. The certificate states: "Edward B. Leigh apee of James Sellers and George L. Leigh his heirs or assigns FOREVER Six Hundred and Forty Acres of LAND." The land being granted to Leigh is located in Kerr County and is known as section number 2 on the waters of Cypress Creek.

Deed from George L. Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the exchange of land "known as survey no. 4, original grantee A. S. Moore" for the payment of $1 by Edward. According to the deed, this land contains 320 acres, more or less.

Warranty deed from Jennie W. de Ganahl to the San Antonio & Aransas Pass Railway Company for the sale of a piece of land in Kerr County for $1 paid by the railroad company. In addition to the payment, de Ganahl gains the "benefits to be derived by me from the construction of said road."

Deed from Virginia Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land belonging to W. B. Leigh, Clara F. Leigh, and Virginia Leigh for $600 to Edward B. Leigh. Edward purchased the land and obtained an "undivided one half interest in and to that certain 320 acre tract of land known as Survey No. 1430."

Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."

Warranty deed from George and Virginia Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of 320 acres to Edward for $800. The land that is being sold is known as Survey No. 1430; the rest of the paragraph describes the land, its borders, landmarks, etc.

Hand-drawn map detailing the Steele tract of land in Kerr County; the map details the perimeters of the land including their length, the plot on the left contains 75 acres and the one on the right contains 160 acres. The envelope contains information about the Musson Place, and a mentioning of a sheriff's deed in June 1900.

Deed from George Bigford to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land for $1 paid by Leigh to Bigford in exchange for "that tract or parcel of Land lying in the County of Kerr and State of Texas, described as...120 1/2 acres known as Survey No. 1946." This deed releases Bigford of all of his rights, title, and interest to the land being bought by Leigh.

Two documents relating to a land tract belonging to Sellers and Leigh in Kerr County denoted "Patent No. 224." One document has a drawing of the borders of the land with acreage posted as well; the other document contains a statement by J. H. Brown discussing portions of survey number 1429 and sharing coordinates of the land.

Deed from Virginia Leigh, widow of George L. Leigh, to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the payment of $320 by Edward to Virginia in exchange for an "undivided one half interest in and to 320 acres of land known as survey number 1430."

Contract created after the death of George L. Leigh for the organization, operation, and ownership of the 320 acres of which he owned. The document explains, on page 3, which portions of the land and its assets will be owned by Virginia, Edward, and William Leigh; it also acknowledges that Virginia will assist Edward in fees to be paid for George's funeral, burial, and the administration of the land tract known as "Stoneleigh Ranch."
