Nimitz also mentions proposed changes for naval cadets including being referred to as midshipmen and being commissioned as ensigns upon graduation. He also provides details about his improvements in physical strength. Nimitz comments on the members of the new class coming into the Academy under his. He describes attending Admiral William T.
