Pair of shoes of white leather. Shoes have a pointed toe, and cut-back area on either side of vamp to create a shallow "tongue". At top of vamp is large decorative rectangular pewter buckle with openwork along sides. One buckle lacking. White leather covered 2 3/8" high modified Louis or cuban heel. Partly illegible numbers written inside shoe. L: 25.5 cm W: 7.5 cm H: 13 cm Heel: 6 cm / 2 3/8 in.

Antique chopine or clog hand carved of wood two inches high w/ top of platform decorated with mother of pearl inlay - three straps or thongs missing. Difficult to date, but came into style in Turkey and India in the 16th century.

Off-white petticoat with three bands of horizontal tucks and lace inserts, each 2" to 4" deep. Final tier 3 1/2" deep; scalloped at lower edge. 140" around lower edge. Waistband 3/4" wide and 25" long. Second layer attached from base of first tier.

Petticoat of white linen. Full-length. Eyelet lace at hem; 9 horizontal tucks near hem, two larger ones at mid-thigh. Eyelet band below lower tucks.

Fine white cotton petticoat with deep tucked border from knee to hem, and elaborately embroidered non gathered flounce. Believed to be cut down from one piece garment.

Blouse of off-white linen, with handmade lace trim for collar, cuffs and front (sewn in) vestee. Hand embroidered front and back.

Pair of children's shoes from China. Designed with straight last, rounded toe with small point at tip and at heel. Upper of pink/mauve brocade with Chinese symbols in yellow, green/gold, and white. Edged in dark blue around opening, and the panels bordered in black bands. Front of each shoe with applied stylized mask form with eyes, eyebrows, and nose embroidered in various colors, mustache along upper lip with trailing ends of red, yellow, green, blue, etc. Narrow vertical brocade band of Chinese symbols along back of heel. Set on 1/2" platform of white silk. Lined in blue cotton(?). No labels or marks.
