Message from Viceroy Güemez citing a decree from January 20, 1792 stating that wills made unofficially are still legal and binding and are to be observed.

Correspondence from Spanish officials to Governor Antonio Cordero regarding an unpaid loan due to Jose Menchaca not paid by Cayetano de la Garza who died in 1795. According to the communications, his son José Jesús de la Garza is made responsible for the debt and promises to pay.

Printed decree from Viceroy Güemez referencing a decree from November 14, 1791 permitting Juan de Aguilar, an Indian from Pueblo de Mitla to go to Spain for commercial reasons. According to the decree the Viceroy may give permissions like this, for a limited time, in the future.
