Five decrees published by the Conde de la Sierra Gorda while in Laredo. Decrees range from August 1796 to October 1796 and cover topics concerning religious authorities following canon law; amnesty for all persons not guilty of serious crimes; and legal regulations.

Correspondence between Santiago de Jesús Sánchez and Manuel de Escandón, Governor of Nuevo Santander. In this correspondence de Jesús Sánchez is asking for a land grant left by a deceased person without an heir.

List of prisoners who have escaped from jail on the respective dates listed, from Francisco de Paula Franco and José Bellojin y Fresneda. The signatures on the document are from local Spanish officials of the nearby towns and villages acknowledging their having received the list.

Message from Viceroy Güemez outlining the mail schedule, effective January 1, 1792, for locations in Mexico such as San Miguel, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Durango, Pueblo, etc.

Message from Francisco Menéndez Valdez to all justicias saying that Miguel Marquez is wanted for the murder of María de la Luz Hernandez. Menéndez goes into detail about the man's description and the document is signed by local Spanish authorities acknowledging their having received the message.

The wanted men are Felipe Gutierrez, Alyo Huerta, and Chepe el Coyote, and an unknown negro; the document traveled to the different towns and villages and is signed by Spanish authorities acknowledging their having received and passed the message on.
