According to the message the man, from Lampasos, is selling liquor and setting up games; de Jesús Sánchez asks whether the law should be enforced. de la Garza responds by saying the liquor should be destroyed and the man, Alexandro Escalera, be thrown in jail.

Official document from Manuel Garza and others to Captain Don Jose de Jesus Garza in which the Conde de Sierra Gorda approves the request by Garza for three pieces of land assigned in the General Visita. Garza is able to gain land for himself, his brother, and his son-in-law, Pablo Martínez.

Correspondence from Spanish officials to Governor Antonio Cordero regarding an unpaid loan due to Jose Menchaca not paid by Cayetano de la Garza who died in 1795. According to the communications, his son José Jesús de la Garza is made responsible for the debt and promises to pay.

Copy of transcript for two letters, written in January 1798. The first, from Delassus de Luziere on January 15, 1798, asks that land belonging to the king be given to an unnamed man because he has proven himself to be a good farmer on land belonging to Mrs. Beauvair. The second, from Zenon Trudeau on January 21, 1798, informs the recipient that he will receive the land he has requested.

The edict states that these regulations are to be observed when removing prisoners from their place of refuge, and are to be followed across the nation with respect to the Church and clergy.
