According to the text he is guilty of various robberies, and had been captured but escaped; also according to the text he finally was captured two years later.

Decree from Viceroy Manuel Antonio Flores Maldonado citing a decree from June 27, 1788 allowing ex-Jesuits to have the money from chaplaincies or other benefits which came to them from family connections. The document itself is badly stained along its left and right side.

Decree from Diego de Lasaga, Governor of Nuevo Santander, concerning lands. de Lasaga says that all lands should be registered, properly distributed; the signatures at the end represent officials in multiple cities acknowledging their having received the decree.

Decree from Diego de Lasaga citing a previous decree that asks for donations from all subjects in America, one peso from freed men, and two from Spaniards; these donations are to go towards sustaining the war effort against England. In this decree de Lasaga explains how this process is to be done.

Decrees from Don Diego de Lasaga in which he cites two previous decrees issued by Viceroy Martín de Mayorga Ferrer. The first cited decree says that all lands in obeyance belong to the Crown and no one may use them; the second says that there are no more taxes on imported or or exported flour.
