Poster on cataloging items for makerspaces. Makerspace items may be difficult for library users to find if they are not fully cataloged. Cataloging not only facilitates discovery but also provides information needed to track usage, create programming, generate recommendations, and support collection development. Poster on a comparative analysis of data literacy competency frameworks. Seven competency frameworks were selected for in-depth analysis, and the results are compiled in a table. This work is part of an Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) grant. The Chronicles of Oklahoma is a regional publication from the Oklahoma Historical Society that has been published since 1921. The UNT Digital Library is digitizing the back issues and making them available to the public through the digital library, The Gateway to Oklahoma History. It was presented at the UNT Libraries' 2023 Student Snapshots Symposium held in Denton, Texas and at the 2023 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL) held May 16-18, 2023 in Austin, Texas.

Poster discussing the role of ethnicity in the relationship between posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and suicidality. Research indicates an increased risk of suicide and suicidal behavior among individuals with PTSD. Latinx groups, in particular, have lower rates of suicide injury death in comparison to non-Latinx groups. These findings do not explain increased suicidality in non-Latinx clients, but is congruent with the Latinx health paradox, the contradictory finding of better health outcomes for Latinx despite known additional disadvantages.

Poster exploring the role of income on depression severity among college atmosphere. The hypothesis that students that reported being low income will also report more depressive symptoms. This was partially supported, but students from the middle income range reported more depressive symptoms that both low and high income students.

This poster presents the Scholarly Impact Service at the University of North Texas from its start in the summer of 2017 to its more established position by October 2020. The overview includes some of the resources used by the team of librarians, including their library guide, consultation checklist, and promotional flyer. It was presented at the Bibliometrics and Research Assessment Symposium which was held virtually by the National Institutes of Health Library on October 7-9, 2020.

Poster examining if gender differences exist for two common anxiety symptom categories: mood (e.g. nervousness) and somatic (e.g. sweating). A multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was conducted to examine gender differences in anxiety symptomology and yielded no significant differences in anxiety severity based on gender. A pattern was present of more somatic symptoms than mood symptoms for both males and females, and males reported lower rates of anxiety symptomology combined when compared to women.

This poster explores data gathered from the UNT Libraries' reference analytics from questions submitted to the libraries. It was presented at the UNT Libraries' 2023 Student Snapshots Symposium held in Denton, Texas.

This poster highlighting the development of machine learning model to automate part of the process of digitizing and archiving documents from the Texas State Depository Program. This particular part of the process is the sorting of documents to facilitate metadata creation. It was presented at the 2023 Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL) held May 16-18, 2023 in Austin, Texas.

Poster examining the use of GitLab by the University of North Texas Libraries' institutional repository. GitLab provided the ability to track and communicate priorities for items submitted to the repository. It was presented at the Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL) on May 24-26, 2021.

This poster presents a Peer-to-Peer Embedded Reference program created by the UNT Libraries. The creation and goals of the program are highlighted along with challenges and future plans. It was intended to be presented at the Texas Library Association 2020 conference, but the event was cancelled because of COVID-19 concerns.

Poster evaluates the representation of racial and ethnic minority students in clinical psychology doctoral programs as well as the rate at which they were matched for internship compared to non-Hispanic White students. It was presented at the Council of University Directors of Clinical Psychology Virtual Midwinter Meeting held in January 2021. Poster sharing specific tools and techniques used to help manage a team of over 25 student employees staffing a single service point for access services at the University of North Texas.

This poster introduces the controlled vocabulary of genre terms used by the UNT Libraries to enhance user access to a large collection of tabletop games. It was presented at the Online Audiovisual Catalogers (OLAC) 2020 conference which was held virtually.

Poster discussing practical methods for ensuring the quality of descriptive metadata associated with linguistic datasets in language archive deposits. Digital language archives are valuable tools for facilitating language revitalization, providing data on lesser-known languages, and supporting reproducibility of research and development of linguistic theory, though their potential remains unrealized as the data available in language archives are rarely accessed by linguists or language communities. Reasons for this under-utilization are the issues with data standardization and metadata quality. Including basic grammatical and typological information would allow wider audiences to reach the material.

Poster on study that gathered an updated assessment of student perceptions' of diversity training and climate. It was presented at the 2020 Midwinter Meeting of the Council of University Directors of Clinical Psychology held on January 17-18, 2020 in Austin, Texas.

This poster presents preliminary results from a survey of library employees on their experiences with toxic workplaces in libraries. The poster includes the most-reported toxic behaviors, advice for employees and employers on how to manage or avoid a toxic workplace environment. It was presented at the Electronic Resources & Libraries 2020 conference held in Austin, Texas.
