This document details the steps taken by the University of North Texas' Digital Libraries in order to take a collaborative approach to the Trusted Repository Audit. It highlights UNT's collaboration with the University of Florida on a peer-review model and process in order to complete the Trusted Repository Audit Checklist (TRAC). This was part of a presentation given at the 11th International Conference on Knowledge Management in 2015.

This is a personal narrative about the impact of ever-evolving technology used in libraries, particularly music libraries. The author - a librarian - highlights the strengths of using different types of technologies in libraries and also problems that they could cause. The author urges caution when considering the adaptation of particular technologies.

The author highlights the how the choir's music has personally affected her, while also giving details about the history of the choir and how the group went on to tour around the world. This document also gives the information that the University of North Texas Music Library maintains two rare Jaroff scores.

This one page document is a brief organizational history for The Portal to Texas History for 2015. This document was used for grant submissions to state or federal funding agencies, or private foundations. This document reflects on strategic directions for the program, collaborative partners for the Portal, and the number of historic documents in the digital library.

Abstract: Application of the laser photolysis–laser-induced fluorescence method to the reaction NH2 + SO2 in argon bath gas yields pressure-dependent, third-order kinetics which may be summarized as 𝑘 = (1.49 ± 0.15) × 10^−31 (𝑇/298 K) − 0.83 cm^6 molecule^−2 s^−1 over 292 – 555 K, where the uncertainty is the 95% confidence interval and includes possible systematic errors.The quenching of vibrationally excited NH2 is consistent with a high-pressure limit for NH2 + SO2 of (1.62 ± 0.25) × 10^−11 cm^3 molecule^−1 s^−1 over the temperature range 295–505 K, where again the 95% confidence interval is shown. Abinitio analysis yields a H2N – SO2 dissociation enthalpy of 73.5 kJmol−1, and comparison with RRKM theory and the exponential down model for energy transfer yields ⟨Δ𝐸⟩down = 350 cm^−1 for Ar at room temperature.

This two-year project, led by the University of North Texas Libraries, will broaden access to 141 books selected by one of three publishers or by the UNT Libraries for their relevance to the history of Texas and Oklahoma. It will also broaden access to five humanities-related books to be selected once the grant starts. Those books not yet available online through the Gateway to Oklahoma History, Portal to Texas History, or UNT Digital Library websites will be digitized, with full-text searching, and added to the appropriate site. All books will be converted to EPUB and Kindle formats, made available to download with the digitized version online, and added to the UNT Library Catalog and to WorldCat. The project also includes the production of “print-ready” PDFs from the scans of many of the books to allow them to be made available for sale in print again using print-on-demand technology. This proposal was submitted in June 2015 and funded in December 2015 by the National Endowment for the Humanities for $95,599.
