Quantitative Analysis of Water and Biological Samples for Determination of Haleogenated Organics in the Upper Trinity River, Texas : Final Technical Report
This study had three objectives: 1) to develop a method for the quantitative determination of total organic bound chlorine in water and biological samples using Source-Excited X-Ray Fluorescence, 2) to provide training in the use of analytical techniques for students from different disciplines, and 3) to use an interdisciplinary approach involving students of biology, chemistry, and physics to investigate a complex environmental problem. Only the first objective is treated in detail in this volume.

Unexpected Findings in a Study of Visual Perception During the Naturalistic Near-Death Out-of-Body Experience
Study of visual perception during the naturalistic near-death out-of-body experience (nND OBE), that aspect of the NDE in which the experiencer seems to view normal physical surroundings from a vantage point outside the physical body, which yielded some unexpected findings that contradicted or augmented previous research. Each of these findings is discussed relative to previous research and analyzed in light of the limitations of the current study.

Toxicological Case Study of Dallas' Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent and Ambient Trinity River Samples: 1989, 1990, 1991
"This study was implemented voluntarily by personnel at Dallas Water Utilities in response to concerns that the Dallas Central Wastewater Treatment Plant was adversely affecting downstream water quality." Archaeological Investigations at Four Sites Along Potapo Creek, McGee Creek Reservoir, Atoka County, Oklahoma
This volume contains the results of excavations and analyses of Prehistoric archaeological data from four sites located along Potapo Creek in the northwestern part of the McGee Creek project area in southeastern Oklahoma.
