Communication Skills for the 21st Century

Coursebook developed for pre-intermediate to intermediate English language learners. The course focuses on improving students' reading, listening and speaking skills. There is a focus on teaching discreet skills such as main idea, supporting details, making inferences, identifying referents and using context clues while reading. Specific speaking strategies are taught to improve fluency. Academic vocabulary is taught explicitly and implicitly.
