This dataset contains responses to a survey questionnaire distributed by the University of North Texas (UNT) Libraries asking 125 authors of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) whether they agree to change the existing restricted permission status on their ETDs.

Dataset containing metadata edit events for the UNT Libraries Digital Collections from January 1, 2014 until December 31, 2014. There are a total of 94,222 samples in the dataset from 193 different metadata editors.

Two datasets, each with 390,751 date samples from the UNT Libraries' digital collections. These samples were compiled for research regarding the Extended Date/Time Format (EDTF) standard. The first dataset contains a concatenated list of date values from the metadata records in The Portal to Texas History, the UNT Digital Library, and The Gateway to Oklahoma History. The "classified" dataset includes labels expressing whether each date is EDTF-valid and the level of conformance.

This dataset contains Twitter JSON data for Tweets related to the This dataseic Reliability Countil of Texas (ERCOT) during the 2021 Texas power crisis from February 10th, thru February 27th, 2021. The dataset was created using the twarc (https://github.com/edsu/twarc) package that makes use of Twitter's search API. A total of 612,082 Tweets make up the combined dataset.

The dataset was developed to support research intended to develop a spatially explicit model that explores environmental data related to the risk of exposure to West Nile Virus (WNV), and the susceptibility to WNV disease based on demographic data of the potentially affected population. The model was developed and then tested on census tracts in an identified hot spot of WNV in central California. The dataset contains (1) U.S. Census Bureau 2010 demographic data for 1,133 census tracks in the hotspot, and (2) and average mosquito habitat risk data for each of those census tracks.
