Interview with Gloria Denmon, a community activist, about her experiences concerning the activities of the Denton Christian Women's Interracial Fellowship during the 1960s and 1970s. Denmon discusses life in a segregated society, her decision to join the Fellowship, early meetings, voter registration drives, street paving in the African American section of Denton, social activities of the Fellowship, the desegregation of public schools, the tutoring program, and the activities of African American churches.

Interview with Daniel Moore, a retired farmer, who shares his observations on the land speculation, settlement, and development in the Coastal Bend area of South Texas from 1909 to the 1920s. He also discusses the agrarian social life, Mexican-Anglo relations, the economy of the area, and mule raising.

Interview with Hattie Bell McKamey Ferguson (Mrs. Fred H. Ferguson), farmer and homemaker, who shares her observations on the land speculation, settlement, and development in the Coastal Bend area of South Texas from 1910 to 1970. She also discusses small town social life, the agrarian life, Mexican-Anglo relations, and King Ranch.

Interview with Catherine Bell, a public employee and community activist, about her experiences concerning the activities of the Denton Christian Women's Interracial Fellowship during the 1960s and 1970s. Bell discusses the early organization and social activities, her experiences in a segregated environment, the street paving of the African American section of Denton, urban renewal, desegregation of public places in Denton, her political activities, desegregation of schools, and the jobs program.

Interview with Alma Clark, first-generation descendant through marriage of Quakertown residents, as part of the Quakertown Oral History Project. The interview includes Clark's personal experiences about childhood and education, marrying Rev. "Willie" Clark, moving to Denton, and participating in Denton Christian Women's Fellowship. Clark also discusses her family's experience in Denton as well as her husband's feelings regarding Denton's Civic Center Park, on the site of Quakertown. The interview includes an appendix with photographs.
