[Letter from Rudolf R. Scheffrahn to Patrick Heath, Texas, June 17, 2011]

Letter from Rudolf R. Scheffrahn to the Mayor of Boerne, discussing the Boerne Village Band and writing that he is including a photograph and historical document. Accompanying the letter is a photograph of three men standing together in front of a gazebo at night. The two men on the right are wearing traditional German dress, while the man on the left is wearing a blue plaid shirt and navy slacks. The man on the left is handing the man in the middle a plaque. A sign on the gazebo indicates that the photo was taken at a Boerne Village Band performance, and handwritten notes on the back of the photo identify the men.
