The front of the postcard features a photograph of Ye Kendall Inn, in Boerne, a long, two-story plantation style house with porches on both stories and a screened-in sun room on the far left side. The gravel driveway that runs parallel to the house is lined with trees, and has four automobiles parked on it. The name of the house is printed at the bottom of the postcard.

A joke letter from "El Medico Director Ud. S. Loco" to Cpl. John Szymezak with orders for him to return to the United States from Nicaragua for admission to a sanitarium.

The postcard features a photograph of Ye Kendall Inn in Boerne, Texas, a light-colored, two story, plantation-style house, sitting on a hill with a small stream surrounding it. Behind the house, there is a smaller building surrounded by short wood fences.
