The unit was built and installed by Alcorn Combustion Company out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, using materials provided by John Dollinger Jr., Inc. The steel framing of the structure is photographed having further steel materials placed within it. Factory buildings and piping systems can be seen in the background. Written on the back of the photo is "May 11, 1956 Job #749 Hobbs, N. Mex."

Photograph of construction of a Magnolia Petroleum Company building, being built by Alcorn Combustion Company, showing a steel structure by John Dollinger Jr., Inc. Two men are standing near the structure on the left and another is on the far right side of the photograph. Two workers can be seen within the building on the left, each wearing a hard hat. A crane at the top of the structure says "The Lummus Company." Several stacks of lumber are seen scattered in areas around the site. John Dollinger Jr., Inc. also provided breechings and a stack for a heater for the project. Handwritten on the back of the photo, "H catin Steel - Magnolia Petroleum Co. [Official Notice of Jett Falls Appointment to Corporal]

A certificate issued by the Army of the United States of America to commemorate Private Jett (Johnny, Jetty) Falls' increase in rank from Private to Corporal. It is a standard WWI issued form with blank spaces available for personalization. This form was completed by a Lt. Colonel (his signature is unreadable) at Camp Travis, Texas on April 11th 1918. The remaining filled spaces detail the Private Jett Falls, Co. E 359th Infantry had been promoted to Corporal of that same division on March 27th 1918.

[Hotel Beaumont]

Postcard of the exterior and interior of Hotel Beaumont on the corner of Orleans Street and Fannin Street. On the left side is a picture of the exterior of the hotel with signs that say "Hotel Beaumont" and four automobiles on the street. On the right side of the postcard is the interior of the hotel with furniture. The Hotel Beaumont was opened to the public on Tuesday, August 8, 1922. It was 11 stories tall with 250 rooms and built in the Mediterranean Revival architectural style. Printed on the front of the postcard is "Hotel Beaumont, Beaumont, Texas" and "6A-H1654." On the back of the postcard is printed "Hotel Beaumont, 'A Hotel of Distinction,' In the Center of EVERYTHING, Completely Air Conditioned." Also printed on the back of the postcard is the following information regarding the postcard's creation: "Genuine Curteich-Chicago 'C.T. Photo-Colorit' Post Card (Reg. U.S. Pat.Off.)." Handwritten on the back of the postcard, "Dear John I hope you are well and plenty of work showing up there. I am in Texas looking for work. Regards Dan Fershetti" The card is addressed to Mr. John Lehmone Plums bus Local #1 Atlantic Ave Brooklyn New York.
