This is a reply to Kidder's letter of September 2, 1950, asking for a donation to pay funeral expenses of an accident victim. Herrera informs Kidder that the family of the accident victim decided to change lawyers and he no longer represents them. Also that he had already donated about $200 worth of free legal services prior to his dismissal as their attorney, which he feels was sufficient.
