Letter from John J. Herrera, LULAC National President, to all LULAC officers and members, dated October 24, 1952. Herrera reports on his trip to visit LULAC Councils in New Mexico and west Texas. Herrera solicits donations from members to help fund a court fight against the Pecos School District and the proposed building of a segregated Mexican school.
