Cruz asks for hotel reservation requests, resolutions and recommendations to be presented, and monthly reports of local council activities. On the reverse side of this letter is a typed draft of a telegram from John J. Herrera, Acting Texas Regional LULAC Governor, asking for a program of the convention and conveying hotel reservation requests.
