Ida Loving Turner is on the left and is wearing a dark dress with what appear to be bows around the collar and her hair is curled into an updo. Alma Turner Phelps is on the right and is wearing a white dress with a frilly collar with what appears to be a star embroidered onto the front and her hair is also curled into an updo. The picture is enclosed in a black leather folder with a red velvet interior and on the left of the photograph of the two women is a golden pin that says 'Lady Managers' on the top with a star hanging below and above the star the word 'Texas' is written.
