Calloway) acknowledging receipt of a letter from July 6, and reminding Ramey that the referendum vote taken by the twelfth seniority district was unanimous to not consolidate the eleventh and twelfth districts. The chairman states that the matter has been passed on to the General Grievance Committee.

It is stated that the lodge does not have the authority to reverse an action taken by a referendum vote, but also calls for a vote to be retaken within said lodge. The letter also suggests the preparation of a petition if the recipient wants the concerns of the lodge to be taken into consideration.
