[Alberto Lopez with plaques]

Alberto Lopez had been with the City of Denton since the early 1980s. He had a degree in biology. In 2000, he was the Water Production Plant Supervisor for the City and had been elected the President of the Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA) the same year.
