Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.

Chattel mortgage agreement between W. H. and Allie H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner Bank in the total amount of $3,500 to be due on the first of December 1925. In this agreement Bonnell is putting up his flock of goats and sheep, as well as his stock of cattle, as collateral to secure the payment on this note; if the debt is not paid Schreiner has the authority to sell the property. Attached is a certificate acknowledging that the copy of this document has been filed; also there is a statement printed at the bottom stating that this agreement is "given in renewal of balance owing by us to said Chas. Schreiner Bank on a certain note of date the 17th July, 1922."
