His net monthly pay is $2630; he has four entries of payments written in the table on page 4, all having date paid and the names of the "quartermaster making payment." Pages 9 through 11 include instructions for the soldier about how to handle such an account and that they are to wear them at all times.

These notes are typed and discuss the interactions during the meeting, declarations made by Mr. Troquet, and amounts of food needed in kilograms. The notes at the end discuss the financial situations in each of the communities nearby.
