[Two Documents Relating to Land Tracts and Sales]

Two documents related to separate tracts of land, one is a drawing of a piece of land belonging to George Bigford and the other is a promissory note from George L. Leigh to Joseph Heimen. On the back of the map there is a note describing the location and borders of the land belonging to Bigford. The promissory note states that George promises "to pay to the order of Joseph Heimen, Six Hundred Dollars at Comfort, Texas with 9% interest...from date until paid." This note "is given for the part purchase money for 320 acres of land situated in Kerr County."

Statement of the fulfillment of a mortgage paid by Henry B. Robischung of Kalamazoo, Michigan; this release deed is from Amelia Francis Robischung, the widow of Henry, acknowledging the that mortgage in "Volume 4, pages 10-13 of the Deed of Trust records of Kerr County, Texas, is fully satisfied and discharged." The second paragraph is signed by the notary public acknowledging that Amelia appeared and is the same person whose name is on the document.

Chattel mortgage agreement between W. H. and Allie H. Bonnell and Charles Schreiner Bank in the total amount of $3,500 to be due on the first of December 1925. In this agreement Bonnell is putting up his flock of goats and sheep, as well as his stock of cattle, as collateral to secure the payment on this note; if the debt is not paid Schreiner has the authority to sell the property. Attached is a certificate acknowledging that the copy of this document has been filed; also there is a statement printed at the bottom stating that this agreement is "given in renewal of balance owing by us to said Chas. Schreiner Bank on a certain note of date the 17th July, 1922."

Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."
