[Quit Claim Deed from Charlisa G. Walker to Charles F. de Ganahl]

Deed from Charlisa G. Walker to Charles F. de Ganahl acknowledging the exchange of land between the two for five dollars paid by de Ganahl: "[Charles F. de Ganahl] will convey to this grantor by special warranty deed the following described tracts of land." On the second page of the document Walker is relinquishing her rights to certain plots of land and giving them to Charles.

[Warranty Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh]

Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh confirming the deed made the prior day on October 19, 1897; Leigh purchase the land known as "survey No. 38 in section No. 2" for the amount of ten dollars. The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..." Also included is the envelope in which this document was mailed in; it has text that describes the deed inside.
