Interview with Maria Silva Ayala Garza, descendant of Mexicans born in Mexican territory that is now in Texas, from Kerrville, Texas. Mrs. Garza talks about her family's history in the area before it became incorporated into Texas. She also talks about growing up in Kerrville, as well as local people and places. Included in the interview are pictures of Mrs. Garza and her family, on pages 28-32.

Interview with Elaine Crider Hurt, the most current owner of Crider's Rodeo & Dancehall, from Kerrville, Texas. Elaine tells the story of her parents' ranch and the start of Crider's Rodeo & Dancehall in 1925, where dances, concerts, and other events are still held. She discusses the continuing success of the Crider's, despite struggles to keep it open during rough times, including when a large oak tree ruined the dance floor.

Interview with Laura M. Patton, whose father built the popular Arcadia Theatre, from Kerrville, Texas. Laura relates the history of the Arcadia Theatre, a well-known attraction in Kerrville, and describes some of the other local businesses and cultural phenomena in the area.

Farris, 38101293 is authorized by proper authority to wear the following..." On the left side of the fold there is a list of the medals he won and how he earned them.
