Letter from Abram L. Sachar to Rabbi Newton J. Friedman explaining that he unfortunately does not have any extra staff members to send to Kempner to assist with the Hillel campaign at the University of Texas at Austin. He believes that collaboration between chairmen can accomplish the same tasks as a general chairman could. He also adds some suggestions for the Hillel brochure such as summarizing the text and allowing the pictures to tell the story.
