Kantor describes the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald and states that he knew Jack Ruby but did not see him prior to the shooting. He also states that when he saw Ruby at Parkland Hospital he seemed very upset.

Tippit and locating him on the lower floor. Lee Harvey Oswald was apprehended and taken from the theater, during which onlookers were shouting at him. Carroll then brought Oswald to the City Hall.

Letter from Robert Myer of Phoenix, Arizona. Myer expresses his distaste for and disappointment in the law force of Dallas, Texas. He asserts that those employed by the department would have been fired if they were working in a different part of the United States.

Carbon copy of a typed report describing an alleged conversation which occurred between Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby at the Carousel Club on October 4th, 1963. It is stated that Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby discussed a plan to assassinate the governor of Texas. Ruby was going to pay Oswald to shoot him.

Photocopy of a report addressed to Chief Jesse E. Curry of the Dallas Police Department. The report, which was submitted by patrolman K. E. Lyon, states that Lee Harvey Oswald yelled "I am not resisting arrest. I am not resisting arrest. I want to complain of police brutality" as he was being arrested. Oswald also asked: "Why am I being arrested? I know I was carrying a gun, but why else am I being arrested?"
