In the letter they have listed several of their concerns about the process and reporting methods used by the Center to evaluate. While the Institute understands the need to evaluate their efforts it has questioned their continued partnership and the entire collaboration and its impact for the future. The letter was signed by, Jack Davis, William McCarter, Kathy Walsh-Piper, Gail Davitt, Aileen Horan, Allison Perkins, Linda Powell and Maria Teresa Garcia-Pedroche.

The data begins during the 1990 year and follows through 1994 tallying up all the continued or discontinued supports from their consortia.
