Woolery writes that the Dallas Public Schools will be unable to continue their participation with NTIEVA, due to budgeting and time constraints. Woolery finishes the letter by saying the fine arts staff have been positive about the impact the program has had on their schools, and hopes Davis and McCarter will continue to let them know of opportunities in the future regarding NTIEVA and the Getty Foundation. Included at the end of the letter is a stipend worksheet for the faculty involved with NTIEVA based on current salaries.

Wiggins goes onto to say that their visual arts teachers have been positive about the impact that NTIEVA programs have had on the schools.
