Dr. Gleeson is an associate professor of art at the School of Visual Arts, the University of North Texas. The document is his keynote address to the participates who gathered to begin a two-week intensive experience with art and the teaching of art.

Williams has attached an enclosed statement that identifies several of the Center's national projects.

The report is organized in two sections, the first dealing with the implementation visit to institute school districts and the second part deals with the summer institute program and the theoretical and practical issues.

These pages belonged to the desk of Jack Davis, William McCarter, as they researched foundations and charities to support their education reform program.
