Davis and McCarter tell Sonnenberg that the Edward and Betty Marcus Foundation has made a three year grant of $225,000 to the NTIEVA, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, completing the matching grant made by the Getty Center of Education in the Arts, and insures the five year operation Institute plan. However, since NTIEVA's projected budget exceeds the minimum they are going to continue to seek additional support to meet the demands for their current and future projects. Davis and McCarter continue to write that Jan Muhlert, Director of the Amon Carter Museum has agreed to chair the Advisory Committee for the Institute, a position that was vacated when E.A.
