Photocopy of a letter from Mitch Jericho to Jack Davis, Dean of the School of Visual Arts at the University of North Texas. In regards to the upcoming Young Audiences conference being held from April 24th to the 28th in Dallas. Jericho has mentioned that he asked Jeffrey Patchen to be a speaker on Saturday, the 27th and that Patchen has sent a confirmation of his appearance, however, Jericho writes that his budget is limited and was wondering of Davis is interested in having him come talk to his students and staff. Jericho has also written to Bill McCarter to ask if they are interested in Patchen for the institute.

The memo lists the speakers for the event and sponsors for the video conference.

A letter from D. Jack Davis, Vice Provost of the University of North Texas and Co-Director of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, and R. William McCarter, Co-Director of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Edward V. Smith III. Chairman of University of North Texas Foundation Inc., in response to a previous letter dated May 17, 1990, which was about the Foundation's agreement to underwrite a first year match of the Getty Foundation Grant up to $16,000. requesting a grant of $15,250 since Davis and McCarter were able to obtain one grant for $750. They note that the project is going very well and they appreciate the support. The attached document is the letter mentioned in the previous letter, from Smith to Davis, dated May 17, 1990. The letter goes over the Foundation agreeing to underwrite up to $16,000 of the first year match of the Getty Foundation grant.
