A letter from Jack Davis, co-director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Judy Bramlett, Texas Facilitator Project-National Diffusion Network, Education Service Center. The memo is in regards to the updated arrangement in the project, to be run through the California Community Foundations and that making the necessary shifting in federal grant takes time. Greer writes everyone at IVAE will continue to work on the project with funding from the Getty Center until more funding is available.
