Photocopy of a letter from Bill McCarter, co-director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Chad Woolery, Superintendent of Dallas ISD. McCarter thanks Woolery for his kind letter, about NTIEVA's efforts to improve the teaching of art in Dallas ISD. McCarter invites Woolery to lunch and share part of his afternoon with the participants of the Administrators Day at the Dallas Museum of Art, in hopes of discussing further and continued support from the DISD.
