In a response letter from Rosenberg to Davis, Rosenberg informs that per the Center's grant offer letter, grant payments are made in installments and due to the TCA documentation supplements that Davis sent in his January 2, 1990 letter, Rosenburg is sending an additional sum to Davis within four weeks. Attached documents include two payment stubs from TCA.
