Stating that the leadership within the individual schools need an understanding of discipline-based art education and that they are planning a special day for administrators to construct the curriculum before any implementation can take place. Davis and McCarter have checked every district calendar in their consortium and determined that the administrator day would happen on June 8th, 1993, however, they regret to inform Woolery that Dallas principals will not be able to participate due to June 8th not being workable for them. Davis and McCarter then propose that they'd have another opportunity for the administrators specially for DISD in the fall. The letter ends with the promise of sending an invitation to the administrators of DISD at a later date.
