The memo is in regards to the the scheduled IVAE Consultant Meeting in Los Angeles for the dates May 29th - June 2nd, 1990. Mack writes in the memo that he'd like everyone in attendance at the dinner meeting on Tuesday at 6 pm and that the conference will end after dinner on June 2nd for a Sunday June 3rd departure from the hotel. The rest of the memo details hotel reservations, transportation and important notes.

William McCarter, Co-Director of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Edward V. Smith III. Chairman of University of North Texas Foundation Inc., in response to a previous letter dated May 17, 1990, which was about the Foundation's agreement to underwrite a first year match of the Getty Foundation Grant up to $16,000. requesting a grant of $15,250 since Davis and McCarter were able to obtain one grant for $750. They note that the project is going very well and they appreciate the support. The attached document is the letter mentioned in the previous letter, from Smith to Davis, dated May 17, 1990. The letter goes over the Foundation agreeing to underwrite up to $16,000 of the first year match of the Getty Foundation grant.
