Hatfield, Executive Director for The National Art Education Association, to Harriet Laney, NTIEVA, in regards to receiving NTIEVA newsletters and the interdisciplinary art section. Hatfield commends Laney on the content provided, and that many interdisciplinary art teachers and their programs don't focus on the student aspect of art learning and art content. Hatfield ends the letter by saying how important it is to keep the focus of the substance in the newsletters.
