Bertanzetti states that failure to turn in the evaluation report within 30 days following the completion of Elder's project may result in the withdrawal of any outstanding grants to NTIEVA and the jeopardizing of any future grant request to TCA. Bertanzetti notes if Elder is unable to comply with the deadline, he has within 10 days that he can ask Bertanzetti for assistance. Bertanzetti also cc's D. Jack Davis within the letter.
