In the letter Davis says that he has received a letter from Leland C. Clemons, Executive Vice President for the NCNB Texas in Fort Worth with a check for $77,870 from the Crystelle Waggoner Trust to be put into the Unrestricted gift account. Enclosed with the letter to Muro is the letter from Clemons to Davis.

McCarter and Cason write that Dr. Clarke is recognizes as a nation leader in art education and are delighted that his expertise in DBAE will be evident in Timmons art programs, having positive influence on the program. McCarter and Cason write that they are looking forward to Fort Worth's participation in the institute and have already contacted Dr. Clarke, sending him the agenda and other information on the institute.

Photocopy of a letter from Sharon Benge, The Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, ArtsUnited, to Jack Davis, thanking and accepting the invitation to serve as a member of the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Benge ask Davis to advise the chairman, E.A. Carmean, how pleased she is to serve the committee, and that she enthusiastic about the programs future towards educational reform and the arts disciplines for children.
