Williams has attached an enclosed statement that identifies several of the Center's national projects.

A memo from Mike Feduk, SERC, to Board Members, IAC Members and SERC Producers. The memo is in regards to the SERC devloping its in-service and staff development offerings for the 1992 - 1993 school year. The goal is to provide schools and teachers with diverse in-service package that focuses on classroom needs. The proposals should fit the guidelines listed in the memo. Due to unforeseen scheduling obstacles, Leilani Lattin Duke will be unable to attend the director's meeting on Friday, May 7th, 1994. To accommodate this, Duke requests that the directors' meeting in Laguna Beach be moved back one day.

A letter from the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts consortia to Leilani Lattin Duke, Director of the Getty Center for Education in the Arts and Vicki Rosenberg, program officer. The letter is an expression of concern from the consortia who met prior to discuss the recent evaluation of the Institute. In the letter they have listed several of their concerns about the process and reporting methods used by the Center to evaluate. While the Institute understands the need to evaluate their efforts it has questioned their continued partnership and the entire collaboration and its impact for the future. Mack writes in the memo that he'd like everyone in attendance at the dinner meeting on Tuesday at 6 pm and that the conference will end after dinner on June 2nd for a Sunday June 3rd departure from the hotel. The rest of the memo details hotel reservations, transportation and important notes.

A memorandum from Richard L. Simms, to the College of Educational Faculty in regards Chancellor Hurley and Simms returning from a Project Bluebonnet sponsored by Phone Company Summit at the Tower Club in Dallas regarding support for SchooLINC and Processional Development Center. Simms writes that all of the phone companies are now committed to proving the phone lines necessary to transmit interactive instructional video and high speed data transfer free of charge for the project's first year. The project in question is the teleconference between Texas and the Nebraska Institute.
