Broadus is interested in helping arrange a field trip to the Dallas Museum of Art for first graders at T.D. Marshall. Broadus writes that she has spoken with Aileen Horan at the Dallas Museum of Art and has arranged for a free field trip for the class, and that the buses will also be provided by the museum. Broadus hopes that O'Neal will consider this opportunity for her students and to contact her as soon as possible to discuss further details.

The letter is in regards to prior correspondence between Mack and Jack Davis, where Mack has requested an article and photographs for the IVAE project information bulletin. Reynolds continues in her letter about the articles and materials she's enclosing to send to Mack. A letter from Patricia Webb, Director of Instructional Media, to Lab Safety Supply, stating that they have recently ordered two programs on Beta Videocassettes, Aids and Your Job and What If The Patient Has Aids?, but they have received the programs on VHS format. Due to this case, Webb requests permission to duplicate onto Beta format as VHS is incompatible with their playback units.

A memorandum from Richard L. Simms, to the College of Educational Faculty in regards Chancellor Hurley and Simms returning from a Project Bluebonnet sponsored by Phone Company Summit at the Tower Club in Dallas regarding support for SchooLINC and Processional Development Center. Simms writes that all of the phone companies are now committed to proving the phone lines necessary to transmit interactive instructional video and high speed data transfer free of charge for the project's first year. The project in question is the teleconference between Texas and the Nebraska Institute.

A e-mail from William McCarter to Jack Davis, co-directors of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. The e-mail is in regards to McCarter talking with Sheila Brown the other day about the cost of the propose October D.L. activities. Brown has asked if the North Texas Institute could cover some of the uplink bill but McCarter responded that they were spending $5000 on a video and had no additional funding.

A memorandum from Lynda Alford to Dr. Holifield, in regards to the Getty Foundation funding a Project Team Meeting for various DBAE summer institutes located across the United States. Dr. Jack Davis, UNT co-director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts has invited Alford to be the school district representative of the region and needs approval from Holifield to be away for the three days when the meeting commences in February 1 - 5th, 1990.
