A letter written to a parolee/inmate in Weldon, Texas from T. N. Carswell, Chairman of the Taylor County Parole Board, dated September 6, 1954. Carswell advises Subject 108,345 that there is no change of date for reviewing his request. He explains that when he broke his parole he had to start over from when he was released on parole, that the Board requires a minimum time to be served by those who violate Parole before they will again consider them for release. He advises Subject to grit his teeth and take his situation in stride with good grace.

McMichael, Placement Supervisor), Bureau of Probation and Parole, Columbus 15, Ohio, dated September 3, 1954. Postscript by McMichael advises that a detainer filed against this subject by the Sheriff of Grayson County, Texas has been withdrawn making subject eligible for regular parole release on November 3, 1954. Attached is a letter written to Mr. R. N. McMichael, Placement Supervisor, Ohio Penitentiary from Richard H. Brooks, M. D., Medical Director, James Hospital dated August 26, 1954. Brooks advises McMichael that the medical records of Inmate No. 95040 have been reviewed and has retained the "No Occupational Restrictions" classification given shortly after arrival at the penitentiary.
