Burkhart advises Subject A-9803 of the referral of his application by the Governor to the Adult Authority for review but that the parole time served is not sufficent to evidence complete rehabilitation making a favorable recommendation doubtful. He advises of enclosed instructions which outlines the items required to make application for pardon and executive clemency.

Welsh informs Subject 17095 that the completed application for executive clemency is being forwarded to the Adult Authority for consideration and a recommendation to the Governor.

A letter addressed to Jack Ross, Administrator, Interstate Parole Compact, Austin, Texas (Attention: Ruby Blackburn, Administrative Assistant), from Walter T. Stone, Deputy Administrator - Parole, Sacramento, California, by Stillman C. Moore, Supervisor, Interstate Unit, dated November 14, 1957. Moore instructs Blackburn to request of Subject 17095 to report every six months.

A letter addressed to Mr. Fred Finsley, Administrator, Interstate Parole Compact, Sacramento, California (Attention: Mr. Walter Stone), from Jack Ross, Administrator, Interstate Parole Compact (by Ruby Blackburn, Administrative Assistant), Board of Pardons and Paroles, Texas, dated November 8, 1957. Blackburn advises Stone regarding a recommendation by Mr. Carswell recommending Subject 17095 be released from reporting. She requests a notification of their decision and advises of an enclosed monthly report for this parolee.
