Finsley refers to an enclosed certificate sent for Subject A-9808-A advising of a balance of $2000 to be kept in trust.

An Inter-Departmental Communication Memo from the California State Prison at Folsom, Represa, California (Robert A. Heinze, Warden) by W. J. Ryan, Associate Warden, to Fred Finsley, Chief State Parole Officer, Sacramento, California dated February 26, 1951 (copy to T. N. Carswell). Ryan advises Finsley of a letter written by Subject 9803-A and approved by T. N. Carswell in which Subject requests the return of his U. S. Postal Notes. Ryan advises of the transfer of the notes to the Bureau of Paroles, therefore, he refers the letter to Finsley's office for attention and disposition.

She states that the board has voted unanimously to dissolve the nonprofit organization and turn the matter over to the broader membership for a vote. She asks the members to return their ballots promptly so that the votes can be tallied before the next board meeting.

Letter from Betty Jane Williams to WASP President Maxine Flournoy discussing the decision to pay Mildred Carter's expenses to attend the WASP's next national conference. During WWII, Carter had applied to join the WASP but was denied because the government excluded African-American women from serving in the program. Williams disagrees with the action taken at the October business meeting and urges the WASP to rescind their offer to pay Carter's expenses.

Document outlining the WASP Board of Directors' plan to dissolve its nonprofit corporation. It states that "continuance of the activities of the corporation is no longer possible or practical" and lists the steps the board will follow to dissolve and liquidate the organization.
